Building Maintenance Needs

This is a great opportunity for an individual, family or a small group. All of these are available as a special project or on as-needed basis.

Electrical:

· Troubleshoot and repair any electrical issues

· Provide any needed wiring or small electrical installations

Odd Jobs:

· Install and/or clean rain gutters

· Caulk windows

· Painting (inside or outside)

· Any ‘handyman’ issues as needed

Yard Maintenance:

· Leaf sweeping and blowing

· Pulling weeds

· Maintain sprinkler system

Plumbing:

· Troubleshoot and repair any plumbing problems
