
Program Facilitator Job Description
Powerhouse Ministries is seeking Program Facilitators to
work with residents in the
· Uphold grace-filled, high accountability environment in interactions with residents and volunteers
· Ensure the safety and security of the center, residents, and volunteers
·
Adhere to
· Complete reports and records as required
· Provide transportation for Center activities as necessary
· Participate in staff meetings and training
· Experience working with the homeless or at-risk population
· Crisis management, decision-making, and organizational skills
· A valid driver’s license is required; willingness to obtain Class B license
· Sensitivity and knowledge of homeless issues and community help agencies
· Willingness to be vulnerable and accountable for your actions and behaviors
· Active commitment to your home church
· A professed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as personal savior and commitment to serve Him
· Agree with the “Statement of Faith” for Powerhouse Ministries
· Good interpersonal skills with willingness to work as part of team
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer
· Monday – Friday, 5pm-10pm
· Monday – Sunday, 2pm-10pm
· Saturday – Sunday, 6am – 2pm
· $10-12/hour, depending on shift and experience
